Thank you for choosing my company for your handcrafted item purchase, you won't be disappointed! I create each item I sell at the time the order is placed and spend many hours to complete each item. I do not have employees and I personally make everything I sell. You will receive an e-mail from me giving you an estimated date by which I expect to complete your order and a 2nd e-mail when your order ships with the delivery method and a tracking or confirmation number. Completion time depends on how many orders I have ahead of yours, but if you need something by a specific date let me know and I'll let you know if it can be completed by then. Almost any of the items can be personalized, don't hesitate to ask. I pride myself on giving superior customer service and a high quality finished product that will never disappoint you.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
All orders must be paid in full before they will be produced and shipped.
CHECKS & MONEY ORDERS: I will gladly accept your personal or business check for payment, items paid for with a check will be shipped as soon as the check clears my bank and the order is completed. I hate having to delay shipping for any reason but I've received enough bad checks that I have to ensure the check will clear before the item is mailed.
CREDIT CARDS: I accept Visa and Mastercard through my secure server. Your credit card information is NEVER removed from the secure server. The server at Mal's meets all federal security requirements for the temporary storage of credit card information. As soon as I've processed your order and received approval from your credit card company I permanently delete the information concerning your credit card. At no time is the information stored in any location except for this secure server.
PAYPAL: I have a verified business account through Pay Pal. Pay Pal is an option for payment through the shopping cart.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted only in the event of defective merchandise. All orders over $20 are shipped with insurance and items damaged during shipping will be replaced or your money refunded through an insurance claim. Personalized items are not returnable. Due to the nature of handcrafted items no two will ever be exactly alike.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
I do accept international orders. The only payment accepted on international orders is Pay Pal.I do not ship to countries on the the U.S. "do not do business with" list. If you're on the list you know who you are.
PRINTED CATALOG
I do not have a print catalog. All items available are listed on the web site.
SHIPPING
Shipping to the continental U.S. is included in the price of the item.
INSURANCE & DELIVERY CONFIRMATION: U.S. Postal Service insurance charges will be added based on the total cost of the order. Delivery confirmation is included at no extra charge.
DAMAGE CLAIMS:Your purchase will be carefully packaged to make it safely to your doorstep, but occassionally packages arrive damaged or, on rare occassions, don't arrive at all. I have had very few damage problems and no lost packages since I began shipping. ALL CLAIMS for damage, and hidden damage upon opening, must be reported to the carrier immediately.
If your order was damaged in shipping please call the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) at 800-275-8777 and report the damage. They will start a claim for you. I retain the insurance receipt and will forward it to you to present to the carrier.
Do not send the damaged item(s) to us. The USPS requires the recipient to contact them and/or take the damaged item to them. Keep the box, damaged item(s) and all packing materials in case the carrier wants a claim investigator to inspect them. I will be happy to help in any way I can with an insurance claim. I carefully package all shipments with plenty of padding to ensure their safe delivery to you and have rarely had a damage claim.
PRIVACY
I do not share your information with anyone and NEVER sell customer information to mailing list companies. You can rest assured that your private information will not be released to anyone by me.
MISC INFORMATION
I do not have a minimum order amount for retail orders and I do not charge any type of "small order" fee. You will never receive a SPAM e-mail from my business, the only e-mails that I will send you are directly related to your order.
